Situated in the heart of the Kawarthas, Wildfire Golf Club is a cherished private club rooted in family values and a shared passion for the game. Nestled along the serene shores of Stony Lake, our captivating 18-hole course—opened on August 1, 2003—offers a truly memorable golfing experience for players of all skill levels.

Golf Course

The course features four sets of challenging tees ranging from 5,130 to 6,750 yards with a fascinating blend of five par-3s and five par-5s that gives the course added character and strategic options. The meandering forested layout is extremely walkable, a true strength of the design, and only returns to the welcoming clubhouse when the last hole is played.

Clubhouse Exploration

Since its establishment in 1992, Richard Wengle Architect Inc. has been renowned for crafting opulent living spaces and some of Ontario's foremost clubhouses. At Wildfire, the Toronto-based architect seamlessly integrated the forested parkland setting with Ontario's rich outdoor heritage, fashioning an elegant cedar shake cottage-style clubhouse overlooking both the course and the picturesque Gilchrist Bay.
